Lemon Water

I do not like drinking water--as do many people. But we all know how important it is to drink it. My favorite drink is lemonade but the sugar content is high and that's isn't good for you either (why is everything good, bad??) LUCKILY, according to some recent studies, fresh squeezed lemon (or bottled lemon juice) in your water helps your digestive area.

"Due to the digestive qualities of lemon juice, symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, bloating and belching are relieved. By drinking lemon juice regularly, the bowels are aided in eliminating waste more efficiently thus controlling constipation and diarrhea."

So, go grab a glass of water, pour or squeeze some lemon juice in your water and drink up twice a day. Cheers!

  2. YEAH! I use my bottled lime juice and I definitely see a significant difference in the amount I drink.

We should tell Amelia this. =) We should also convince her to start a blog about interior design.
